Return & Refund Policy – SIMEX LLC / ORION
Thank you for shopping with ORION.
Because ORION products are underwear and intimate apparel, we follow strict hygiene standards. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for underwear once the product has been opened, unsealed, worn, washed, used, or removed from its original packaging.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item, provided that the item is:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all tags, labels, hygiene seals, and protective packaging intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
If the product has been opened, unsealed, worn, used, washed, or is not in its original condition, we cannot accept the return for hygiene reasons.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match your order, contact us immediately at hello@boxOrion.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
We will review the case and, where required by applicable law, offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Underwear or intimate apparel that has been opened, unsealed, worn, washed, used, or removed from its original packaging
- Items without original tags, hygiene seals, or packaging
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, unless required by law
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for underwear or intimate apparel.
If your item is eligible for return and your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
However, for health and hygiene reasons, this right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once they have been unsealed after delivery, including underwear and intimate apparel.
To be eligible for a return under the EU withdrawal right, the item must remain unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags, hygiene seals, and original packaging intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been accepted.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may take additional time to process and post the refund.
